Valve Repair & Maintenance
We provide complete solution for all valve problems such as Gate/Ball/Stem/Seat/Plug damage, and specialized in repair and over-. hauling of Manual Valves, Control Valves, Motor Operated Valves. We provide Control Valve Diagnostics, in-line PSV testing, Pneumatic and Hydro testing Services
Repair all types of Valves with test Certificate. Replace Soft Seats, Ball, Gate Valve Body, Stem repair and Machining
Repair Actuators/Gear Boxes Hydro Test seat/Valve Cavity
Emergency Valve Sealing
We are experts in emergency valve sealing using our special equipment and techniques. We can seal all lubricated valves inline under Pressure by injecting cleaners / lubricants / Sealant. Seal valve© emergency sealants are designed to provide a tight seal in most makes and types of lubricated valves. Under operating pressures up to 10,000 psi, 98% of all valve leaks can be repaired in – line under pressure.
We can resolve:
- Leak across Seats
- Leak across stem
- Valve body leak
- Valve fitting leak
- Bonnet Leak
Online & Offline Relief Valve Testing/Calibration
Relief Valve testing with advanced technology using online PSV Tester Lapping, Welding and Machining.
Relief Valve testing with advanced technology using online PSV Tester. Online / on site safety valve testing is a win-win solution for the plant operator and the maintenance department. It sustains plant safety, reduces direct testing costs and shut down times, extending the shutdown interval (plant operation) at the same time.
Technically the online safety valve test is an analysis of the set point in operational conditions. The result is therefore much more reliable than a test made in a workshop on a cold safety valve using different medium and low capacity test benches.
Valve Preventive Maintenance Program:
A smooth and effective functioning of valve requires a routine maintenance. This helps valves to function smoothly and to seal properly thereby increasing the efficiency of the valve. We provide Products, Services and Equipment. We have well trained Valve Maintenance Crews. Our valve maintenance programs include,
- Valve Routine Maintenance and lubrication
- Gearbox & actuator maintenance
- Integrity testing
